Mediation system for consumer disputes
In accordance with articles of the Consumer Code L611-1 et seq. and R612-1 et seq., it is provided that for any contractual dispute concerning the execution of the sales contract and/or the provision of services that could not be resolved in the context of a complaint previously submitted to our customer service, the Consumer may have recourse to free mediation.
